That's a good point also. Is there a limit on how many candidates each elector can vote for? I don't think there is, so if everyone voted for everyone we'd have a problem. Baseball limits electors to ten votes, no matter how many candidates are eligible. Should we be considering a similar rule?
I thought we had a procedure for that already. How about each person gets to vote for ten people, and then the top ten vote-getters are inducted, with a run-off round in case of ties?
